Head of Digital Marketing Analytics

We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing Analytics who will be the ultimate knowledge hub for our teams Brand Strategist, Influencer Managers, Campaign Managers, you will be responsible for optimize campaigns and give strong strategic advice based on your proven experience in digital marketing. You will be adding additional value to our national and international campaigns through your broad and comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing. You are able to take Influencer Marketing from brand awareness and have great ideas in bring the best conversion rate towards our campaigns. In this position you will report directly into the MT and give leadership towards the Digital Marketing team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Working across multiple client accounts to provide clear digital marketing direction in pitch phase and provide the best delivery and results;
  • Media planning (paid, owned, earned) and scope for campaigns;
  • Working within set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPI’s;
  • Weekly and monthly data and intelligence reviews with project teams on campaign and influencer performance;
  • Responsible for the development of the Digital Marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication;
  • 5 years proven experience in an international environment;
  • Digital marketing expertise planning, measurements/analytics, channel optimization, and reporting;
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising;
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-teams, creative thinker and team player.
