Manager Operations


Influencer Marketing Agency (IMA) is the leading influencer marketing agency in Europe. We develop marketing strategies for brands, building on the reach and authority of the new generation of 'digital influencers'.  Since the launch of IMA, we have built up a strong international client base within the fashion and lifestyle industries (i.e. Diesel, L'Oréal, KLM, Ahold, Farfetch).

IMA is at the forefront of the new developments in digital influencer marketing, and is experiencing rapid growth throughout Europe. Our headquarters located in Amsterdam, overlooking the canals. We have a young, energetic and international team, consisting of 40+ dedicated professionals.


We are looking for a Manager Operations who will manage the daily operations within IMAgency. You have a full focus on the growth of our in-house IMA platform, the beating heart of the agency houses over 15.000 influencers, and the adaption of working with it within the organization. Thereby you are responsible for process, meeting structure, resource planning, other relevant tooling to ensure overall efficiency and quality. In this role you report directly to the MD.

Core responsibilities:

  • You set up the IMAgency working process and leading the execution by focussing on meeting structure, tooling, budgetsheet, project overview, accountability, responsibilities and KPI’s;
  • You will be accountable for ensuring successful completion of the projects: on-time, within budget and to ensure all parties involved are satisfied. Whereby the IMA platform will be the most important one;
  • You are the driver of the constant process optimisation to ensure campaigns are delivered at the best, with IMA quality and on time;
  • With a sense of the environment and an operational approach, you’re able to propose carefully considered strategic decisions and innovations;
  • You have experience in coaching and motivate teams in working together and to get the best of it on a daily business;
  • You work closely together with the head of each department in optimize collaboration and the adaption of the usage of selected tooling;
  • Preferably you have experience in leading processes in an international digital environment;


  • Affinity with working on agency side in the media/ advertising/creative industry;
  • Minimum of +5/7 years work experience as a Manager Operations;
  • Digital native;
  • Analytical way of work;
  • Great social skills, team player and well-organized;
  • Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible;
  • Able to convince people with care;
  • Hands on approach with the ability to enthuse and motivate people;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Living in The Netherlands, Amsterdam area (or willing to relocate within a short time span – must have work permit for NL).


  • Experience with different Project Management Tools;
  • Knowledge of platform development;
  • Network in digital freelance professionals (design/ video/ development) and/ or digital suppliers.
