Junior Digital Marketeer

As a Junior Digital Marketeer, you will work within our Digital Marketing (DM) team and be a member of our campaign/execution teams. You will be supporting our Brand Strategy, Influencer Management and Campaign teams with a variety of marketing tasks, including KPI setting, execution of paid media, tracking, reporting and analysis of campaigns as well as supporting the DM team on various other projects.

You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing, data & analytics related to measuring and optimising digital campaigns and strive always for the best results for clients.


  • Working with the Digital Marketing Analyst and learning to plan, execute, and most importantly, measure and analyse campaigns;
  • Collaborating across all agency sub-teams to set KPIs, measure and report on campaign results;
  • Execute on paid media plans  (facebook and instagram advertising) and will be able to put together plans for upcoming campaigns;
  • Work within set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPI’s;
  • Collecting data and creating weekly and monthly measurement reviews with sub-teams on campaign and influencer performance;
  • Present results to clients that enables them to properly understand the campaign.
  • Researching news and new developments in social media and the influencer marketing field;
  • Supporting our development team with the IM platform project.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A marketing / analytic background/education;
  • Experience in online marketing (1-2 years);
  • Fluent in English; 
  • Data driven. A love for numbers and confidence in analysing data;
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-teams, creative thinker and team player.
  • A passion for social media
